A Human Resources and Labor Relations professional with extensive experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, baked goods, energy, biotech and service industries. Frank’s career started in Northern New Jersey with a national baked goods manufacturer and progressed to senior level positions in the Philadelphia area.

Responsible for employee populations ranging from as few as 150 to over 3000 domestic and international workforce’s to include US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto-Rico, England, Scotland, Germany and France. Frank’s career also spans over a broad range of trade unions to include the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), Bakers and Confectionery Workers, International Union, United Automotive. Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW), United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW), Unite-Here, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Operating Engineers, International Associations of Machinists (IAM), and security guard unions.

Frank’s experience includes full spectrum labor relations having first chair negotiations and working through organizing campaigns. He successfully conducted two de-certification campaigns and designed campaigns for union avoidance. He works with senior management, middle management and first line supervision building a foundation of trust and solidarity within the workplace. Running a successful campaign involves building trust at the shop floor level to turn around engagement problems in the company. It also involves training first line supervision so they are engaged in the process and properly management their workforce.

Frank started his career as a human resources manager. Building upon many of his achievements, he progressed in the field to Vice President of Human Resources in a couple of large manufacturing operations. His passion is to work with organizations developing sound employee relations practices and driving a union-free mission. If the organization has a bargaining unit, developing sound labor relations practices to keep the operation running smoothly and without interruption.
